At Spline (spline. design), they build a design tool to create 3d content for the web.
They are a small team, and they are just starting. They are looking for someone who can help them solve Spline's engineering challenges.
They are passionate about building visual tools and solving creative challenges.
Job Details
- The candidate should lead and help them grow their engineering team.
- Should lead and participate a planning or roadmap creation and manage retros, prioritization, sprints for the development team.
- Must work closely with the Product Team and help with translating goals into actionable items for the engineer's team.
- Get involved in their design tool's engineering processes for building/coding/designing scalable processes or architecture.
- Should work closely with engineers and help them solve the graphical or technical challenges.
- Should participate and generate activities to develop a healthy and diverse culture.
- Foster good practices and principles for their team communication and development processes.
- Be a Yoda for junior developers.
Required experience
- The candidate should have 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams of 4+ people.
- Should have 5+ years of experience with Front-end development (Please share real-life projects you lead or worked on).
- Must have 5+ years of experience in modern Javascript development practices.
- Understanding of backend or cloud-based architectures.
- Knowledge of general architectural code design or patterns.
