The Position of the job is Senior Data Analyst.

This is a Full-Time job.

A hundred percent Remote Job.

You can work from home or anywhere you want.

Overview

About the Role

They are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to help them build out their data systems and cover the way in making data-driven product decisions.

You will be the initial dedicated data hire. Your position will be to discover the best practices for the company, implement it, and (over time) help them build out the data team. This position will be a mixture of running experiment-based data analyses, building out key data models, and building out executive-level dashboards.

You will be successful here if

You have experience managing a hypothesis-based testing approach, can certainly collect data, and make deliberate decisions based on the outcomes of experiments.

You have experience developing out scalable pipelines to manage critical data tasks (e.g., matching their independents with killer job openings)

You have a strong understanding of exploratory data analysis techniques. You have advanced SQL skills to build and evaluate complex statements involving numerous tables and data relationships.

You have experience defining data tracking requirements and processes.

You can distill complex data into an easy-to-read and interpret dashboard to enable product/leadership teams to collect data insights and monitor KPIs.

You can operate ambiguity like a champ; as their first data hire, you will be working closely with products and engineers to cover how they use data as an organization.
