As a team, they prioritize aim and inclusion to treat every candidate with care. This is a fascinating position to help them formalize and grow their Talent Acquisition process as they go through a high growth phase.

Job Responsibilities

• The candidate should be managing the Talent Acquisition team.


• Should be partnering with managers to develop short and long term recruitment plans


• Should Develop, implement, and document processes and KPIs for the recruitment team


• Should Build and maintain Kinsta’s employer brand and finding new avenues to promote the company


• Should ensuring that candidates have a friendly and seamless experience at every stage of their recruitment process while also keeping in mind what’s suitable for the company


• Should provide regular reports and metrics on the recruitment process

Who you are

• You must have experience in a recruitment role in a technology or startup company with at least seven years


• You must have significant experience in recruiting technical candidates, preferably at scale


• You have experience in defining and implementing recruitment plans


• You must be fluent in English


• You must have a positive and proactive personality with a passion for trying new things


• You must be an excellent communicator 


• You can efficiently operate ambiguity and work well in a fast-changing environment

• Experience working for a globally distributed, fully remote company

• Experience handling people
