  • The Position of the job is a Customer Success Associate

  • This is a Full-Time job

  • A hundred percent Remote Job

More About the Role



  • Efficiently solve client inquiries by phone, SMS, & email using a CRM tool (or another ticketing method?)

  • Keep a high bar for effective & compassionate support when managing client interactions

  • Recognize, document & follow up with engineers on product bugs & features

  • Advocate for clients by identifying trends in issues & suggesting developments to policies & products

  • Recognize errors and draft developments to content in the external Support Center & internal documentation

  • Work with members of other teams to root out answers & be a resource to teammates

  • Report to a Customer Success Lead

  • Experience in direct client or customer-facing roles

  • Genuine curiosity about people & business, while possessing the skill to inspire passion in others

  • You are interested in implementing feedback & dedicated to personal growth

  • Comfort with ambiguity and resilient when facing rapid change

  • Great organizational and time-management skills

  • A desire to develop the client experience

  • A passion for the REMO Platform and growth & customers engaging with their platform

  • The capacity to navigate systems applications while driving resolutions with customers by phone & other forms of support

  • Should have the ability to work weekends as part of a rotating schedule; working-hours flexibility when needed

  • The candidate should have the ability to work public holidays as needed
