- At least one to three years of experience in a customer support position, preferably within a Software as a Service (SaaS) company opportunity
- The candidate should have fluency in English, written and spoken.
- Bonus if you can speak & write in more than one language
- Bonus if have fundamental IT support knowledge for Windows & Mac
What You Will Do
- As a Live Chat Remo Specialist, you will enable their clients to use their platform effectively & efficiently.
- You will understand their user's needs & proactively help identify ways to develop their experience and interaction with their platform.
You Will Be
- Managing inbound customer inquiries & support requests through live chat primarily
- The first point of communication for Remo users (both attendees & Remo host clients)
- Communicating directly with clients, direct them to best practices & answer product questions
- Multitasking on live chat; handling up to three conversations at once while maintaining a fluid & friendly conversation
- Troubleshooting product problems & bugs from start to finish
- Working with the engineering team to escalate bugs & fix them on time
- Helping develop Remo’s self-serve resources
- Assisting in developing best practices for managing support requests & tracking client feedback
- Responding to customers through emails and other support channels when extra hands on deck are required
- Identifying and controlling customer feedback to better advocate on behalf of their users
- Helping new clients upgrade & up-selling existing clients to the plan of their dreams
