About This Role


So, what will you do at vidIQ in the Customer Support Representative Role



  • Learn their product inside and out to help their users in all of their issues.

  • Answer user queries on a variety of topics through email and chat. 

  • Questions vary from billing inquiries & password resets to complex bug reports & fixes.

  • Translate portions of the expansion and app and help center from English into a second (or third) language.

  • Onboard new clients.

  • Empathetically work with users to assist resolve any frustrations & help them stay engaged with both vidIQ & YouTube in general.

  • Help with any additional projects as required.


This Might Be For You if 



  • You are a Creator yourself, & freshly grew a YouTube channel

  • You have tremendous levels of empathy

  • You are bilingual (fluent writing & speaking in BOTH English and at least one extra language. BONUS if that additional language is either Hindi or Spanish)

  • You can place yourself in others’ shoes & see situations from prospects other than your own

  • You have previous remote work experience

  • You are motivated by seeing others succeed and develop when you partner with them

  • You are highly adaptable, fast acclimating to a rapidly changing business & industry

  • Strong inherent motivation to be a top performer and give to a team

  • Ability to work one of the two shifts given: Saturday through Wednesday OR Wednesday through Sunday
