In this position, you will concentrate on inbound lead qualification, moving leads into & through the initial stages of the sales pipeline, & closely cooperating with the marketing team and sales executives. Job Responsibilities



  • Reply to, engage, & qualify inbound leads and questions. 

  • Nurture new marketing guidance by educating & developing prospects. 

  • Control the early stages of the sales pipeline. 

  • Schedule meetings, demos, & present product information to clients. 

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and business development group members to ensure the company’s aims are met. 

  • Ensure successful follow-through of sales cycles by managing the CRM database.  

  • Prepare and report on sales, goals, and prospects. 

  • Work with internal resources to create client-facing presentations. 

  • Engage current users to grow awareness, identify new opportunities, ask for referrals, educate others, and develop the account intelligence. 


Qualifications They Would Love to Find



  • B.Sc./MBA/M.Sc. degree in business, sales, or a relevant field. 

  • Two-three years of professional experience in a fast-paced & competitive environment. 

  • The candidate should have experience in the B2B software industry is a plus. 

  • Demonstrated ability to cooperate with a distributed sales team. 

  • The capacity to understand client pain points and wants. 

  • Exceptional communication abilities, verbal, written, and presentation.  

  • An undeniably positive attitude & extreme dedication. 

  • Aptitude to maintain numerous requests and time demands concurrently. 

  • Promotes a strong feeling of urgency for reaching aims and key deliverables. 

  • Perfect proficiency in the German & English languages, a native speaker is a big plus. 

  • Capacity to learn quickly and grow in a very fast-paced and quickly expanding environment.
