Senior Associate Job Duties & Responsibilities



  • Control Incoming Requests

  • Expertly use appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems to complete offers

  • Reacts to requests entirely and accurately

  • Gives consultation on problem analysis and options

  • Manages a thorough understanding of the client's business as it links to BCD Travel & monitors changes

  • Excellent knowledge and application of travel supplier rules and customer policies

  • Performs administrative tasks as assigned


Problem Solving Skills



  • Executes follow-up as required and within the time frame promised to the customer

  • Researches, resolves, responds, to the client, and logs service issues within a detailed period

  • Seeks support from others, including suppliers for the resolution as appropriate

  • Indeed processes the complaint (BCD Travel systems and procedures and processes)

  • Accurately records client inquiries and the status and prepares required reports

  • Illustrates empathy in client interactions to diffuse emotion during adversity

  • Occasionally uses statements to the client to validate a clear understanding of the customer's needs

  • Concentrates on the resolution versus the cause of the difficulty

  • Researches the recurring issues, root cause, and takes the appropriate action
