Job Description

Role Description



  • Constantly Monitor Requests tickets that have excelled SLA and coordinate action.

  • Assure all TAT revisions and likely stays are proactively communicated to clients through the respective process to reduce repeat calls from clients

  • Correspondent resolutions on cross-functional dependences - CCR - SD - Community Drive Client Uptime - Work with branch teams to give them a proper review of areas of development and follow up with them on recommended action plans

  • Approve and track progress on Element clean up activity (BONU-BONT-CUSTOMER mapping) 

  • Drive work on branch walkins

  • Attend to Irate clients as well as help Front office managers n organizing/handling walkins

  • Drive engagement on prioritizing resolutions on Priority Escalations /Nodal and Appellate tickets

  • Personally visit customers to understand failure points and drive corrective actions

  • Assure SOPs are defined for all methods and monitor adherence

  • Regularly orient branches on change and support with practical ways of working - Present RCA on delayed and Wrong rectifications

  • Monitor Interaction quality of Outbound teams to assure improved C-SAT

  • Liaison between the call center and backend teams to take down call volumes

  • Share clarity on trends and ability of processes vs. Client satisfaction levels

  • Handling entire branch operations

Work Experience



  • Minimum four to six years of total work experience

  • Should have related experience (Voice process)

  • Graduate or Post Graduate or equivalent

  • Minimum two years of experience in Managerial or Team Handling role

  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills

  • Must have strong negotiation, communication & presentation abilities

  • Should maintain good communication

  • Your Salary based on your previous Salary & overall experience

  • Six days are working, and one rotational Week Off will be provided
