- Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and giving information
- Determines requirements by working with clients
- Fixes problems by explaining issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; executing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
- Fulfills requests by explaining desired information; performing transactions; forwarding requests.
