Admin Executive Job Description
- Female applicants with experience in the below profiles will not be suitable for this post - (Tele calling / customer care profiles (Credit card, insurance, Holiday Selling, etc.)
- Account Assistant/Purchase Assistant, Sales background, Secretaries/Receptionists, Telephone Operators, and Admin profiles from educational institutions.)
- Should be a graduate with min six-month work-experience.
- Age of the candidate should not be more than 28
- Awareness of Admin role is a must
- Knowledgeable of Local language must
Kotak Life Job Responsibilities
- Handling Front Office/ Housekeeping / Security / Reception / Courier services/ Vendors.
- Maintaining Reports & Registers. Budgeting and working for cost reduction/saving.
- Purchase & Printing of Stationeries.
- Repairs and maintenance of branch infrastructure (DG, AC, telephone lines), Engineering Services(AC, UPS Electricity, etc.). Preparing all the required items for regular operations.
- Managing On-time Vendor Payment Process.
- Assuring AMC's and record copies are supported at the branch.
- Travel and stay Co-ordination with Centralised Travel desk.
- Space Management (Seat allotment and Storage).
HR Support at Branch level
- Adjusting for offer letter, Ecode, Arranging the Aptitude Test for the applicants.
- Guide for new joiner and employee exit formalities.
- Pest Control (To assure that the office hygiene control).
- Coordinate or Deal with the Building & office landlord for admin relevant activities.
- Conducting and organizing security audit checks as well as formulating & executing the emergency procedures & mock drills.
