Genpact Mega Walk-in Drive in Hyderabad for Customer Service


Genpact is inviting all eligible applicants for the role of PA, Customer Service. Upon successful selection, you will work at the Uppal office of Genpact.


In this job role, you will be accountable for demonstrating innovation and inspiration in identifying areas lacking operational adaptation and improvement. You should be an active user of the Internet and online applications

Responsibilities



  • Answer consumer questions and problem escalations

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of client process and policies

  • Reproduce customer problems and escalate product flaws

  • Present excellent customer service to our clients

  • Accountable to showcase a strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a broader team-environment


Minimum Qualifications



  • Any Graduate

  • Freshers are eligible

  • Should be able to speak English & Hindi


Preferred qualifications



  • Prior experience in a customer service position chat/email/voice

  • Practical probing skills and analyzing / comprehension skills

  • Problem-solving skills with customer-centric approach Demonstrated Knowledge with written English and with neutral English accent

  • Should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift )
