Job Description

Key Skills



  • 2 years of QA experience required in International BPO/Call Center

  • Applicants with US healthcare experience Preferred

  • Must have excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills

  • Willingness to work in night shifts

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel


Responsibilities



  • Accountable for call/data quality monitoring

  • Give feedback to operators using a guided feedback model

  • Mentoring and training agents on process level problems

  • Monitor adherence to compliance procedures and methods

  • Accountable for reporting the program-level quality number to the process masters

  • Responsible for handling calibration and performance evaluation call in terms of quality with the internal team

  • Conduct refresher coaching based on the errors distinguished

  • Communicate process updates by commencing a session as and when needed

  • Preparing updated log and sharing it with the group regularly

  • Conduct brainstorming and root cause analysis to interpret data and present tips or recommendations to the operations/management team.

  • Recognize and highlight possible risk areas and advocate preventive action.
