Job Description

As a Customer Support Associate, you will assist with monitoring and tracking incidents to confirm resolution occurs within the Client Service Level Agreement. You will also be liable to perform incident notification and escalation to assure problems/requests/issues are reported adequately and getting proper management attention. Customer Support Associate is primarily Voice Interaction support role and also through email, chat & remote support.


Requirement



  • Zero to one years of experience in troubleshooting in any customer Support role.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to build effective relationship with the client.
