Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- To sell Gold, Diamond, Platinum, and Silver
- Responsible for the Sales Counter
- The candidate should be Responsible for checking stock or items received from Store Room and tally it with the previous day's closing stock
- The applicant should display all items in the counter correctly as per the approved format. Make sure that all trays are filled and are without any empty slots
- To maintain the sales kit
- The applicant should check the quality and quantity of the products
- The candidate should handle the customers independently and to clear their doubts
- The candidate should take care of the customers by organizing chairs and refreshments
- To handle customers reservation / modification / cancellation / exchange / home delivery, etc.,
- To prepare the estimates, inform the correct value of the purchase to the customers, enter the counting slip, and then hand it over to the cash counter personally
- The candidate must make feel to the Customer to revisit Khazana jewellery
- Joining Time - Immediate
Required Candidate profile
- We are looking for a young and energetic candidate who can communicate with customers and identify their needs and provide a good shopping experience for them.
- This will be a good opportunity for the candidate to learn and develop your skills. Freshers are also welcomed.
