Job Roles and Responsibilities
- Voice process, professionally to provide a message about products and services, take or cancel orders, or collect details of complaints
- The candidate should keep records of client interactions, details of inquiries, comments, and complaints, as well as actions, are taken
- Process orders, forms, and applications
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate measures were taken on clients requests
- The candidate should refer unresolved client grievances or special appeals to designated departments for further investigation
