  • The applicant must have good analytical skills

  • Must have handled Transactional Quality teams

  • Must have exposure to necessary quality tools, calibration processes, and coaching

  • Must be expert in MS Excel


Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee the planning, implementation, interpretation, and application of clients requirement to meet quality delivery metrics of the center

  • Set quality guidelines and communicate expectations to team members

  • Conduct gap analysis, Analyze trends and find ways to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the projects and bring continuous development in quality processes

  • Anticipates client requirements and potential problems

  • Seeks out ways to increase client satisfaction

  • Managing MIS reports and conducting quality reviews with clients
