  • Non-Voice Process (email & chat process)

  • Good communication skills in English

  • Nine working hours inclusive of one hour break; six days working and one week off

  • Needs to be in compliance with all the operational requirements and work as per the company's norms and policies

  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts also (day rotational shift)

  • Immediate joiners preferred


Eligibility Criteria



  • Candidates should be a graduate (compulsory)

  • Must have at least a minimum of six months of experience into email &chat process or back end

  • Salary Offered

  • CTC is up to 13500 in hand; PF plus ESIC facility plus gratuity

  • every quarterly 2700 fixed bonus

  • No.of working days is six
