Job description



  • To handle a team of four to six preferred relationship manager

  • Improving engagement of high net worth customers through joint call

  • Assuring sales across Liabilities, Retail Assets, Business Banking, Forex, Credit Cards, and online trading and achieving the branch targets

  • Giving the income product holding (IPH) of the relationship manager portfolio and initiating trust on cross-selling

  • Controlling quality sales and processes in the Relationship Managers portfolio

  • Recruitment and training of Relationship Manager Team

  • To ensure the maintenance of updated Relationship File

  • Achievement of relationship manager targets

  • Business Performance

  • Portfolio Management


Job Requirements



  • Candidate must possess at least an MBA/PGDBA/PGPM in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Marketing or equivalent

  • Minimum of five years experience is required

  • Complete knowledge of banking products is required

  • Should have serviced high net worth clients

  • Candidate should possess good communication skill
