  • And should create customer satisfaction and delight by solving product related queries to ensure the best possible usage of advertisement inventory

  • Providing optimal results and delivering commitments by keeping track of paid digital campaigns at 99acres.com

  • Ensure internal coordination with different stakeholders and teams, including sales, design, product, and operations for valid deliveries

  • Real-time reporting on various database tools and software including Sales CRM, datasheets, and general MS tools

  •  Candidate should be able to provide prompt and efficient service to clients, including the appropriate escalation of any issues

  • Must be able to respond to inbound customer queries over the phone or e-mail by escalating service bugs

  • Good listener

  • Should possess confident strategies and analytical thinking skill

  • Must have excellent spoken & written communication skills in English

  • Expert with all Microsoft Office applications.
