  • Answer to the emails from customers (typically inquiries)

  • The email response can be a free formatted letter and

  • The email response can be using the pre-defined letter templates accessible within the email system

  • Adhere to the output and process documentation

  • Should be able to highlight to the Team Manager/Process Leader any exceptions or extra steps to be taken to process a customers query

  • Should be capable of estimating deviations and discrepancies and should be able to highlight them to the TM/PL/Mgr

  • Adhering to attendance policy and separate schedules within a shift

  • Adhering to company policies and procedures

  • The candidate should maintain individual stats Quality and Productivity
