Job Description
Job Requirements
- Any Undergraduates should have a minimum of six months of technical support chat experience / 12 months of customer support chat experience.
- The candidate must have excellent communication.
- Should have basic technical understanding and we prefer applicants with telecom domain experience or knowledge, maintaining cordial customer relationship.
- The candidate should be able to handle concerns and queries efficiently and provide customer satisfaction through chats.
- Excellent opportunity to earn incentives.
- The designation will be Customer service representative/ Sr. customer service representative.
- Working days will be five days, two week-offs.
- Employee benefits Incentives, Bonus, Employer benefits.
- The Shifts will be Rotational shifts.
- Transport will be two way provided.
